Quoted Price:-
The quotation shall be valid till 30th September 2022
The bidder shall quote for the project in the given format
All the duties, taxes, F.O.R. and other levies payable by the bidder shall be included in the goods/ services and shall stand final
The rates quoted for goods / services shall be fixed for the duration of the quotation validity and shall not be subject to adjustment
The prices shall be quoted in Indian rupees
Each bidder must submit only quotation.
Evaluation:-
The purchase committee of the foundation shall evaluate all quotations received on the parameters of industrial standards, viability of the project and substantiality of response with specifications.
The purchaser is looking for complete solutions of the areas mentioned considering the difficulty levels of hilly terrain and technical challenges rather than individual items in the quotation.
The bidder must possess demonstrated experience in installing & running such complex & technically suitable projects especially for community purposes.
Award:-
The purchaser will award contract for the bidder whose quotation has been determined to be substantially responsive and has wholesome solution and has reasonable price.
The purchaser will notify within 15 days from last date of submission to the bidder about acceptance of the quotation
Notwithstanding anything mention above, purchaser reserves the final right to accept or rejects the quotation and to cancel the bidding process and rejects all quotations any time to the award of the contract.
